Home learning resources - for use during school closure

Please now go straight to for year 6 home learning resources while school is closed. Thank you.

In light of the government's closure of schools, Year 6 pupils have been given a folder with lots of work to do on paper, as a starting point.  This page will be updated regularly with further resources and ideas, for children to use at home to support their learning. Below, you'll find the learning project for the first week, and we'll add to that every week; we will also add more links to resources and websites, as we go along. I will date the updates to the site, for your reference.

We sincerely hope that we'll see you very soon, but do try to enjoy a happy Easter in the meantime. Keep learning and practising all that you've learned this year, but also explore new things that take your interest - you don't have to follow the themes we think of, so long as you're doing some learning! Please share what you're up to via the school Twitter account or Facebook account, as we'll be delighted to hear from you. Finally, of course, keep reading!

Please do use the list of free primary resources compiled at  - they are organised by subject and year group.

In addition, please visit - Audible have given open access to children's stories, which can be listened to on any device.
