Welcome to the Friends of School page. We are the Parent and Friend Association for the school. Our purpose is to support school by facilitating family friendly events across the academic year to raise funds for the school. With these funds we are able to subsidise school trips, purchase new equipment and support extra-curricular clubs.

Over the last year Friends of Cherry Willingham Primary School has paid for; each year groups school trip bus, Ipads for KS2, classroom resources for KS1, cushions for The Den and revision guides to name a few.
We have lots of events and fundraising opportunities throughout the year to generate funds that go directly back into school. We are currently working on raising funds for new books for each year, it's an ambitious target, but we love a challenge!
We have a group of volunteers that meet monthly to organize events and approve funding requests etc. We also have a small army of people that are unable to commit to a monthly meeting but support behind the scenes or man stalls at our Summer and Christmas Fetes. There's loads of ways to get involved and support Friends of School. Here are some really easy ones:
We have a school lottery, please visit https://www.yourschoollottery.co.uk for more information and to join, you might be lucky!
We are part of easy fundraising, every time you buy something online we earn cash back from your purchase. It costs you nothing and gets free money for the school. Register at: https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk or download the app - we are friends of cherry school.
We hope to host several other family activities throughout the coming year to raise more funds to improve the school and primary school years for all your children. If you would like to help in any way or enquire about anything to do with Friends of Cherry Willingham School Association please visit our contact us page (link at bottom of this page).
