Throughout the Autumn term, we will focus on the UK, Europe, and the fascinating world of travel. Together, we embark on a journey to uncover the stories behind different places, spaces, and landscapes. Through our exploration of Europe and the concept of travel, we aim to guide our learners in developing spatial awareness of our planet, enhancing their ability to understand directions and navigate our global home.
Travelling further back in time, we will dive into the intriguing lives of the Romans. Discovering who they were, where they originated, their ways of life, and the imprint they left on our world.
In the realm of science, we'll be captivated by the subject of light, while also delving into the remarkable world of animals, including humans. Through an exciting exploration of muscles, skeletons, and nutrition, the class will gain a deeper understanding of the incredible inner workings that sustain life.
Art and creativity will also flourish this term, as we delve into the mesmerising cityscape artwork of Camille Pissarro. Moreover, our Design and Technology projects will ignite imaginations as we craft captivating robot lever arm toys, sparking innovation and hands-on learning.
